SAVOR…Chicago is aligned with the Metropolitan Pier & Exposition Authority’s goal to expand business partnerships to minority and women-owned businesses. We are also committed to working within the local community to purchase goods and services.
SAVOR collaborates with local restaurateurs to bring Chicago flavor to McCormick Square. We partner with several vendors from South Side institutions like Josephine’s by Mother Wade, to up-and-comer Evelyn’s Food Love, as well as sourcing local bakery products. SAVOR is proud to have long-standing relationships with many local restaurants and suppliers. We are committed to keeping the greater part of every dollar we earn within the communities we serve.
Each year, SAVOR hosts a Supplier Diversity Fair designed to attract diverse and local firms interested in doing business at McCormick Square. We’ve also streamlined online vendor registration. Prospective vendors can complete an online form at: https://www.mccormickplace.com/about/doing-business/
